We are looking for a highly motivated researcher as a new member for our group.
The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and collaborative team in an excellent multidisciplinary scientific environment.
The project will focus on investigating regulatory genomics changes linked to diabetes using CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing thecniques.
The position is open for students holding a master’s degree. Candidates need to prove a strong commitment to achieving research excellence and interest to conduct independent research.
The student should be enthusiastic about molecular biological techniques such as cell culture, ChIP, chromatin capture and genome editing. Both a biological or a medical background are welcome. The student also should be open to learn statistics and computer programming dedicated to the analysis of largescale genomic data.
All courses, lectures and seminars are held in English. Thus, candidates have to be fluent in both written and spoken English.
